The national Disaster Distress Helpline is the only national crisis hotline that provides 24/7, free and confidential emotional support to people affected by natural or human-caused disasters across the United States. Your generosity helps us strengthen our growing infrastructure, support Helpline callers and texters, and change the conversation around the emotional impact of disasters and disaster mental health.

Calls to the Disaster Distress Helpline are answered by a national network of local crisis centers. Crisis center counselors are the heroes of the Helpline and need your help. Click here to learn how to support your local center.

Due to the situation around COVID-19, we are requesting you provide email addresses for all donation communications, including notification letters, if possible.
